Our interpersonal skills courses are built on a foundation of a psychometric profile that highlights key issues around self awareness and difference. We like to work with either Lumina Spark or Insights Discovery but can happily adapt to other preferred products if clients want to use existing tools

Communication & Sales skills

We build on the pyschometric platform by introducing key meeting and relationship skills - adaptation, questioning and listening, coping with your opposite type, building trust and selling as a trusted professional adviser, objection handling and dealing with difficult clients

Presentation & Negotiation

Our suite of 'meeting skills' programmes also covers key presentation and negotiation skills, focusing on key communication techniques that build trust, confidence and credibility


We use many examples from the advertising industry to highlight what works, and base our approach around the Harvard Business School 'Getting to Yes' negotiation model

Ultimately, it's all about soft skills

Young bankers often over-obsess about acquiring technical knowledge and skills whereas more experienced bankers appreciate the importance of relationship building skills and getting along with clients! We like to deliver soft skills in the context of largely technical programmes through case studies that are debriefed through meeting role plays, often (where time permits) using video to reinforce the learning
